Jamie Bond

Managing Principal

Jamie is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional, multi-organizational, transformational, and public-facing programs. She has advised dozens of public and private sector clients on the successful introduction and rollout of innovation-inspired initiatives within the operational innovation, energy technology and climate adaptation domains, including:

State-level engagements: carbon plan, energy affordability collaborative and grid vulnerability study
Community-level engagements: master energy plans, emergency management process improvement, community benefit agreement design
Corporate-wide engagements: sustainability plans, operating model redesign, climate impact assessment

She has held various leadership roles with two global consulting firms and a fortune 500 company and headed the strategy and research functions of an early-stage technology and insights firm focused on the rollout of a novel impact-tracking platform.

Jamie holds masters degrees in engineering and business from Penn State University and Wake Forest University, respectively, is professionally certified in project management by the Project Management Institute and certified in risk management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. She also holds a certification in artificial intelligence and machine learning from the University of North Carolina Charlotte School of Professional Studies.
